   Sagging sections come from failed hangers, or from fascia that has softened so the fixings no longer hold. We re-secure into sound wood, correct the fall toward the downspout, and re-seal leaking joints and end caps.

   Being at gutter height is the best view anyone gets of the fascia, soffit and roof edge. If there is rot starting, a loose flashing, or lifted shingles, you will hear about it, including when it is not our work to do.
