Where the Etowah and the Oostanaula meet

The confluence is the reason Rome exists and the reason the city has spent a century managing water. Downtown flooded badly twice, the levee went up around the center of town, and the dam upstream in Bartow took the worst of it out of the Etowah. That is not just history if you own a house on low ground near one of the three rivers. Out there the calls tend to be exterior, porch decking and rails, siding that has taken thirty years of weather, outbuilding doors that no longer close square. It is worth grouping them. One trip out toward Cave Spring or Armuchee should cover the whole list rather than one item.
