   We walk the whole list first, including the items you added at the door. That is when we tell you which jobs are quick, which one is hiding a bigger problem, and whether anything on the list needs a licensed trade instead of us.

2. The order is chosen to save you a second visit

   Patching happens before painting. Anything that needs a material run gets identified in the first ten minutes, not at 3pm. If something has to be ordered, you find out on day one.

3. Repairs are meant to hold

   Anchors go into studs or into the correct hollow-wall anchor for the load, not a plastic plug in drywall holding a grab rail. If a shelf came down once, the fix is the mounting, not the shelf.

4. The site is left clean

   Dust sheets down, debris out, and we run a vacuum. A repair that leaves a mess behind isn't finished.
